Henderson KY Pride is excited to announce that we have received a $3,000 grant from the Raymond B. Preston Family Foundation to support our free Unity Night event series in 2026.

Unity Nights are some of our favorite nights of the year. They are lively, welcoming community gatherings where people show up, connect, and have a genuinely good time while building something meaningful together. In 2025, Unity Nights included Family-Friendly Drag Bingo, A Date with a Story, an Open Mic Night in partnership with Backwoods Literary Press, Queer Stories Out Loud featuring author Willie Edward Taylor Carver, and our popular End of Summer Bash.

This new support allows us to keep that momentum going. In 2026, we will host six Unity Nights, each designed to draw a crowd, spark connection, and create nights people look forward to all year.

We are deeply thankful to the Raymond B Preston Family Foundation for believing in this work and investing in experiences that bring people together and strengthen our community.
